Geriatric Wellness Center of Collin County
Services to the elderly (age 55 and over) and their caregivers throughout Collin County. Services include physical exams and lab work; footcare and ear cleaning; counseling of seniors and their caregivers; short term practical assistance to seniors after hospital discharge; flu shots; groups health screenings; health programs and referrals to other health/medical resources.Support groups include: diabetes; Alzheimer's and Caregivers; grief; hearing loss; low vision and mental aerobics. Free lending of medical equipment.
